Epsco’s more than 200 clients in 40 states and on five continents engaged our consultation and engineering teams not only because they know we offer the best such teams in the air pollution control industry, but also because we understand the very real business and operation challenges utility and industrial companies face during an air quality or air management refit, upgrade or replacement.
That is why Epsco offers both online and offline analysis, investigation, examination and testing of systems.
Online operational analysis allows Epsco consultation and engineering teams to collect data, to monitor performance, perform testing and supervise systems and equipment during actual operation, without the client utility or industrial company experiencing an outage or shutdown.
During outages and shutdowns, another of Epsco’s strengths comes into play as our consultant and engineering teams perform physical inspections of equipment, devices, systems – from electrostatic precipitators to fabric filters, air scrubbers to dust collector and baghouse devices, and everything in-between and beyond them. Such offline physical assessment is aimed determining causes of performance degradation, failure to meet design specification, increased or unacceptable levels of emissions, with the goals of both identifying problems and providing engineering, design and products specifications and schematics that restore full performance while providing prevention of problem recurrence.
From structural and mechanical integrity to project costing (in the client’s local currency) and management, whether a tight-focus single-problem consultation or a multi-discipline three-phase turnkey project management, Epsco brings to bear all of the knowledge and experience required to provide precisely the solutions our clients need.
